Our R&D staff and Project Office – Industrial work to improve our products, develop our concepts and introduce new materials, always close. Working as a team with customers, distributors and professionals.
High importance is given to equipment efficiency, durability and production costs, in particular energy saving.
Each bespoke project is given special attention prior to the production stage, taking into account the Eco-conception normative.
Our production plant was created in 2002 on a new location in Bayonne (64), France. It is divided into trade workshops and employs the latest technology to customise production: a stainless steel boilermaker workshop for the INOX 304 L, laser cutting, bending technology, shearing machine, cutter, roll machine, saws. We also manufacture all metal furniture fittings.
The stainless steel polishing division includes an eco-friendly air-treated cabin to enable operators to work in a safe and healthy environment.
Joinery and Cabinetwork
A workshop to manufacture and assemble wood and synthetic materials, hard surfaces and decorative elements.

A workshop where single items and complete equipments are assembled and finished ready for delivery.
This space is divided into 8 assembly areas fitted with the equipment for the furniture production and assembly, including a punch welding unit and Tig /Mig welders.
Cold-Heat Workshop and Test Room
A cold-heat and electricity workshop where we manufacture, assemble and test all components and the energy sub-components in our furnitures, in particular, cool units and hot boards.
A fully-equipped test room (hydrometry, temperature) for testing cold-heat units.
Raw Materials and Components Warehouse
It supplies the workshop and the after-sale service department.
Flux Organization and Management
We employ state-of-the-art technology. We understand the imperative of making every customer happy
The Sales and Production departments, and the After-sale service use a state-of-the-art ERP (Clipper V6) to control the information flux.
Design and Conception use 3D on the 6 CAO Posts (Solid Edge V6).
The CAO and ERP posts are coupled for a better configuration and tracking control.
